Dr. Weeks founded the Family Cancer Center with the understanding that
cancer affects the whole family. Having practiced in the fields of Medical
Oncology and Hematology for nearly 20 years, Dr. Weeks is dedicated to
working with cancer patients to ensure that their treatment includes
services and programs that help their family and friends establish a
community of care and support.
With the goal of providing cutting edge medical care, Dr. Weeks is making
a major commitment to participate in Phase II and Phase III clinical trials
in a formal manner and the Family Cancer Center currently employs two
full-time oncology nurses and data-managers devoted to clinical cancer
research.
Dr. Weeks is the married father of two teenagers and, when time permits,
his extra-medical passion is running—and not just down the hospital
corridors. Dr. Weeks has completed sixteen marathon races with a goal
to run in every state in the union. Dr. Weeks is married to Dr.
Melissa Hudson, a professor of Pediatric Oncology at St. Jude Children's
Research Hospital. She has published numerous articles mostly
concerned with Hodgkin's Disease and late effects of chemotherapy.

Dr. Gravenor joined the Family Cancer Center in 2000 and brings to the group
a strong background in medical research. He has served as the principal
investigator in over 20 Phase 3 clinical trials. He is also an active
member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and is on two national
committees.
Dr. Gravenor was born in Montréal, Québec, Canada and is the married father
of four children. Outside of spending time with his family or involved with
his medical practice, Dr. Gravenor enjoys hockey, roller blading and is a
big computer fan.

Dr. Obaji joined the Family Cancer Center in 2002 having maintained a
private practice in the areas of hematology and medical oncology for over a
decade, both in Memphis and in Arkansas. His medical interests include the
diagnosis and treatment of solid tumors, anemias, coagulation disorders, as
well as platelet and leukocyte diseases. Like his colleagues at the Family
Cancer Center, he also has a keen interest in clinical research.
Dr. Obaji was born in Aleppo, Syria. He is a devoted father of two.
He loves reading, especially political science and history.

Dr. Morgan is experienced in cancer care and joined the Family Cancer Center
in 2003. Prior to joining the Center, Dr. Morgan practiced with another
group in Oxford, Mississippi.
Dr. Morgan is married to LeighAnn Morgan who is the Office Manager of the
Center's Oxford location and is also a registered nurse. When he is not
volunteering for the University of Mississippi's Lady Rebs basketball team
or doing other activities to support his Alma Mater, he enjoys spending time
with his wife and three children, Ryan, Emily and Joshua. You can also catch
him at his favorite store, Home Depot or swinging a racket on the tennis
court.

Dr. Walsh joined the Family Cancer Center in 2004.
Dr. Walsh is married to Anne Walsh and they have three daughters; Elizabeth,

Dr. Wilson joined the Family Cancer Center in 2004. Prior to joining the
Center, Dr. Wilson was an Assistant Professor in the Hematology/Oncology
Division at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas,
Texas. He was a Chief Fellow in Hematology/Oncology at UTSW from 2001 to
2002. Dr. Wilson has a special interest in breast cancer care, although his
practice is not limited to that area.
Dr. Wilson is married to Julie Wilson and they have one child, Paschal
Wilson, III. Dr. Wilson is a big supporter of the University of Mississippi.
During his free time, he can be seen taking his bicycle out for a spin,
playing piano, or packing up for a back roads trip.

Dr. Gore joined the Family Cancer Center in 2005. She has been in practice
in the Memphis area since 1992.
Dr. Gore is especially interested in new and innovative drug technologies.
She serves on several medical care committees in the Memphis area, and has
served as President of the Tennessee Oncology Practice Society.
Dr. Gore and her husband, Peter Baskind, a Memphis attorney, have two
children, David and Abby. In her spare time, Dr. Gore enjoys reading,
playing the piano, and riding her horse, Smooch.
